A Third-Party Processor is an entity that facilitates the electronic transfer of funds between a merchant (such as a business or retailer) and the cardholder (the person making the payment using an IPS credit or debit card).
The Procard company has extensive experience in implementing and supporting issuing and acquiring projects in the card payment industry. The ability to confirm or reject financial transactions on cards of clients of a partner bank in real time.
Technical support for authorizations and financial transactions on cards of a partner bank in the IPS trade and service network, ensuring the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of recording transactions on customer accounts.
Support Of Issueing
The means to launch and operate your own project to issue modern IPS Visa, MasterCard and Unionpay payment cards, both on plastic and only in digital form.

Client Core System Interface
